November 2026 Graduations
• Your attendance at a ceremony is not confirmed until payment is made.
• Do not book travel until you’ve received confirmation/receipt of payment.
• Ceremony places are limited. Once a ceremony reaches capacity, it will close and will not be available for selection so it’s important to confirm your attendance as soon as possible.
• Graduation ceremonies are delivered at the Faculty level, with recommended ceremonies based on your degree and school. We strongly encourage you to review the ceremony schedule and discuss your preferred ceremony with your family, friends and peers before completing your registration. If you are unable to attend your recommended ceremony, you may choose to attend an alternative ceremony within your Faculty, subject to availability.
• If you miss the deadline, you will be unable to attend the ceremonies and will not be automatically invited to future ceremonies. If you wish to attend the next round of ceremonies, please contact AskUOW.
