What is a Portrait Session and what does it cover?
A Portrait Session is the time you spend with our professional photographer. Your photographer will take a range of different shots and poses of the graduate by themselves as well as extra shots with family and friends.
Why should I pre-book my Portrait Session?
Pre-booking online saves time on graduation day. Simply print or screenshot your booking confirmation and present at our photography studios to have your photos taken.
Do I get a specific appointment time when I book my Portrait Session?
No, due to time constraints, we can’t book in a specific time for your sitting. We suggest pre-booking online to save time, but if you choose to book on the day make sure you arrive as early as possible to register at our customer service desk and have your Portrait Session photographs taken.
Can I get my Portrait Session photos taken before/after the ceremony?
Our photography studios are available before and after the ceremony. You can proceed to the photography area as soon as you have your gown, and immediately after the ceremony. Our studios close (temporarily) strictly 45 minutes before the ceremony commences.
How much will it cost to purchase my Portrait Session images?

DEGREE FRAMES
How will I receive my degree frame?
The degree frame will be available for you to collect from our Framing Services Desk after your ceremony.
*Pre-ordered frames not collected on the day may be subject to a postage and handling fee of $30 (within Australia).
Do I have to pre-book a degree frame?
No, you can also order on graduation day at our Framing Services Desk (subject to stock availability) or online after the graduation (postage & handling fee will apply).
Will the degree frame come with a certificate?
No, we cannot duplicate your certificate. Our staff can mount your original certificate inside the frame if you visit our Framing Services Desk after the ceremony.
Can I return/exchange my degree frame?
A degree frame can be returned/exchanged under the following terms & conditions:
Change of mind exchange or return
You must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the frame.
The frame must be returned to us in the same condition you received it.
You must cover the cost of returning the original frame (and receiving the replacement if you choose exchange).
Exchange or return for faulty product
You must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the frame.
Please email through photo proof of the damage.
DEGREE PLAQUES
What is a degree plaque?
A degree plaque is a replica of your award certificate and is a great way to display your accomplishment in your workplace or home.
Can I change the colour/size of my degree plaque?
Maybe. Please contact our customer service team on 1300 361 806 as soon as possible with your order number.
We are unable to change colour or size details if the plaque has already been created.
How will I receive my degree plaque?
We will post your degree plaque within the next 4 weeks.
If you would like to collect your plaque from one of our offices, please contact our staff immediately after ordering on 1300 361 806.

My shipping address has changed since I placed my order, how can I update this?

ALREADY GRADUATED
PHOTOGRAPHY
How do I view my Portrait Session photographs online?
- Visit our University of Wollongong portal
- Select ‘Already Graduated’
- Click on the ‘View/Order Portrait Images’ button.
- Enter your 'G' reference code from your Portrait Session booking then click ‘GO’.
If you receive the message “Sorry, please try another code”, your photographs may still be uploading. Please allow 5 business days from graduation day for the images to be available to view. If you continue to have trouble after this period, please contact our staff at hello@reedgraduations.com.au
How do I order my Portrait Session photographs online?
- Visit our University of Wollongong portal
- Select ‘Already Graduated’
- Click on the ‘View/Order Portrait Images’ button.
- Enter your 'G' reference code from your Portrait Session booking then click ‘GO’.
- Hover over your desired image and click ‘View Details’.
- Select from the product options available on the right hand side of the screen.
- Add your item to cart.
- Repeat as desired.
How do I download the Digital Pack?
- Visit our University of Wollongong portal
- Click ‘Login’ in the top right corner
- Enter your account details then click ‘Login’
- Click 'My Account' in the top right corner and then from the dropdown menu.
- On the order summary page, click the download button beside your order with the Digital Pack.
- From this link you will be able to save the images to your computer. The images can be downloaded multiple times, if necessary.
